Janssen Responds to Major Wreck at Underground Mx
An open letter from Cody Janssen- “I went to Texas to start my chase for a third National Title. That plan derailed pretty quickly as I had a big get-off in the first Pro class timed qualifying session on Saturday morning. I spent the rest of the day Saturday at the hospital but walked away with only a swollen shut and black and blue eye, a small break in my ankle, a little issue with a vertebra in my back, and a handful of chipped teeth. Many of you have probably seen it by now as it seemed to go viral, making me famous overnight for all the wrong reasons gaining nearly a quarter of a million views in 24 hours. I was able to go out and salvage a few points in Pro Am on Sunday, riding every lap of each moto plus the LCQ. No one can question my heart, no successful person doesn’t come across some adversity as they continue to strive. The #25 will be back at TN ready to get back on track.
