GRAND PRIZE. The grand prize is roundtrip airfare to Prague, Czech Republic, as well as a rental car, and a three-night hotel stay (September 27-29) in the town of Loket. The winner will also receive two VIP tickets to attend the event and gain exclusive access to the team’s hospitality zone. The total value of the grand prize is to estimated at $10,000.00.
HOW TO ENTER. The Quadcross of Nations VIP Experience Drawing begins July 17, 2024. Official entry accompanied with a donation will be entered automatically at the cumulative rate of one (1) entry for each $200 increment of donation to the Digging Deep ATMX Podcast. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. An official drawing entry may be requested and entered without an accompanying donation by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Digging Deep ATVMX, Attn: QXoN Drawing, Digging Deep ATVMX Podcast N185 Debruin Rd Kaukauna, WI 54130; limit one (1) mail order raffle ticket per person.
ENTRY DEADLINES. All official entries returned by mail must be postmarked no later than three (3) weeks prior to the drawing. Neither Digging Deep ATVMX Podcast, nor any of its employees or affiliates, assumes any liability for lost or misdirected entries or entries that are not received by the deadline. By returning the official entry, you will be deemed to have agreed to abide by these rules.
WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on Wednesday August 28th. All prizes will be awarded. Winner will be notified by telephone. Winner will be required to sign a statement of eligibility and release. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given Digging Deep ATVMX Podcast, or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, worldwide, and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winner. Digging Deep ATVMX Podcast shall have the right to make prize substitutions at its discretion. A minimum of 75 tickets must be sold by August 26 to draw for a trip winner. If fewer than 75 tickets are sold, Digging Deep will hold a 50/50 raffle, with half going to the winner and the other half donated to the AMA U.S. ATV Motocross Team.
ELIGIBILITY. The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are citizens of the United States or Canada and 21 years of age or older that possess a valid passport. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES. All federal, state and local taxes, laws and regulations apply, and winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any applicable taxes, tariffs, fees and miscellaneous costs related to the prize which he/she owes at time of receipt of Grand Prize. Winner shall be provided with a Form 1099 IRS tax document for the retail value of the Grand Prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE. The winner, by acceptance of the Grand Prize, agrees to release Digging Deep ATVMX Pocast, and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. Digging Deep does not make, nor is responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to any prize, including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
