It may be the heart of the off season, but that doesn’t mean reigning AMA ATV Pro Rookie of the Year Cody Janssen is sitting on this hands. Actually, Cody says his days have been as busy as ever between college, training in the gym, working on improving his program for the 2015 season, and even fitting a little late-season riding in. Recently, almost every fall Saturday he could be found at Byron Motorsports Park just over the border in Illinois. The Rookie of the Year changed it up last weekend, staying in the state and heading over to the Wausau area to ride with young up and comer, JJ Londerville. The two spent the day talking about racing, riding four wheelers, and exploring the Londerville’s world class facility. Cody says he can’t wait to work with the Londervilles for years to come!

The Temperature may have only be in the 30s, but that didn’t stop JJ and I from getting some laps in! Great day with great people!”

Janssen is ecstatic to announce he has resigned with Thor MX brand. Cody made it very clear that Thor is his gear of choice, and he hopes to remain with the company for the remainder of his career. He is also proud of the fact that he is Thor’s only ATV sponsored rider, and plans to continue to make the most of this opportunity. Cody also is happy to announce signing with Sconnie Nation, Works Connection, Ryno Power, Pivot Works and others; with many more to come.

Finally, Cody and the Janssen Motorsports crew are headed to Morgantown, West Virginia, this weekend for the Mountain Dew AMA ATV National Championship series banquet. Cody will be officially crowned 2014 AMA ATV Pro Rookie of the Year. Look forward pictures from the ceremony in the coming days/weeks, and look for more news and announcements soon! Take care and God bless.
