Janssen Grabs Yet Another Win at Gravity Park
Coming off a solid weekend at Indiana’s Ironman National this past weekend, World and National Champion ATVMX Pro Cody Janssen headed to nearby Gravity Park USA in Chilton, Wisconsin for some Friday night racing under the lights. Located less than 20 miles from Janssen’s hometown of Kaukauna, Cody credits Gravity Park for helping shape him into the successful athlete he is today. The #25 rider won the Gravity Park USA Dirtgrinder Series season opener in dominant fashion back in April, he would look to do the same this time in mid-May.
This performance was similar to the previous one by Janssen – utterly dominant. He grabbed both holeshots and both moto wins in the Quad A class, gapping the field by a very sizable margin and making us think, “could anyone go faster around this racetrack?”. The #25 was the man on this night.
“I had a blast tonight!” Janssen said after the races had concluded. “I enjoy the local events as much as the big events. The track was absolutely beautiful tonight. It’s fun to see all the old friend, see all the young kids out here, and just support the sport at its roots. And like I said last time, getting holeshots and winning races is always fun!”
